Find Our Lost Loved Ones

Launch of Helen’s Law Campaign

Helen’s Law Online Petition

To lose a loved one is heartbreaking. To be denied their funeral is torture…

Sadly, countless families in the UK are in this unimaginable position.

Advances in forensic science means murder and manslaughter convictions can now be secured – even if a body is never found.

However, for the victim’s loved ones the agony never ends.

Follo aims to:

  • unite them
  • offer practical and emotional support, advice and information
  • help with the search for their loved one/s
  • fundraise (so contributions can be made to the cost of searches and official correspondence)
  • campaign for a change in the law so that killers are automatically charged with ‘preventing a burial’ (a law that exists but is rarely used) and not considered for parole/release until they reveal a body’s whereabouts

We need volunteers, counsellors, legal experts, forensic scientists, police officers who would be willing to offer their valuable services (in even the smallest way) on a pro-bono basis.

We also need volunteers to form a committee and take Follo forwards. (If you have time, a compassionate heart and a willingness to help – please contact us).

If you have lost a loved one in these circumstances and would like to meet other families please get in touch.

Together, we can move forwards, search for our lost loved ones, make a difference and save other families from the same torture…
